Over the years, we have worked on preserving our building.  A few years ago we got our roof repaired and installed a solar panel. We also collaborated with a state energy agency to perform energy upgrades in the building. We have replaced one of our furnaces from oil to gas, and we are working on replacing a second one. Years ago we upgraded our bathroom and worked on some of the plumbing issues that might affect it.

Last summer our main outdoor sewer pipes were replaced.  Our parish hall windows were replaced many years ago and are still efficient. We have replaced the carpet in the sanctuary and polyurethaned our pews. We spent some funds on repointing the bricks outside the church and had some of our stained glass windows repainted. We are in the process of resealing and repainting the walls of our sanctuary; as well as securing funding from the city of Cambridge to make repairs to the exterior of the building.
